This comprises of trained service personnel - a team of senoor engineers supported by service  assistants, all of whom are available on pages for instant communication and possible diversion from site to site within a locality.  A service call is attended to less than 3 hours time within the city limits and    within 24 hours anywhere in West Bengal. A huge and exhaustive stock of all spares is maintained.
